When we were relocated to Orlando in 2016 Alan was our realtor in purchasing our home. We were so positively impressed with Alan that we selected him as our relator 5 years later when we sold our home. Here were the areas where Alan excelled: 1) Communication. Alan listened to what we said. He modified his ideas and plans to fit our desires. Never pushy, he was always thinking ahead and telling us what might be coming and how we could prepare for it. He gave us the information we needed, talked over pros and cons, gave us his expert opinion, and then followed our instructions. 2) Analysis. At his own expense Alan went out and got an independent appraisal of our property. But he then prepared his own analysis of why that appraisal was almost 20% too low. I was shocked a the high figure he arrived at, but his reasoning was sound and he convinced me to make it our asking price ... and our house sold at that asking price in 4 days. 3) Courtesy and Integrity. Alan impressed me and my wife as kind and thoughtful, but unyielding in areas of honesty. Alan was unfailingly courteous in negotiations, but made his expectations clear, and held every party responsible to fully uphold their part. There were no surprises, no awkward misunderstandings, or unmet expectations. I recommend Alan Bird without reservation.

Our first experience with Alan Bird, was when our daughter purchased her home. Alan, ended up being a dual agent for her purchase, meaning he represented the sellers and buyer.
