Sally Kamrada has been successfully selling residential properties in Southwest Orange County for over 20 years. Previously she was the Broker Manager with Realty Executives of Central Florida. Professional certifications include Certified Residential Property Specialist (CRS), Certified Expert in Distressed and Short Sale Properties (CDPE), Relocation and Corporate Inventory Specialist. She loves working with sellers and buyers with an emphasis on personalized customer service and marketing.

Sally previously enjoyed over 13 years in various Customer Service and Public Affairs management positions for Progress Energy now Duke Energy.

Personal:

She is married to Marty Kamrada for over 29 years. Marty Retired from Walt Disney World Resort  in the Convention Sales area for Walt Disney World.  Marty was a Partners in Excellence and Legacy Award Recipient  They have one son, Christopher, who is a professional touring and studio session musician. Sally is a Native Floridian.

Sally graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.A. in Business Management. Go Bulls!

Community Service:

Passionate about community service, she is very active with Rotary International and a member and Past President of the Dr. Phillips Rotary Club. Sally has held numerous positions and chaired numerous projects/committees including “A Taste of Dr. Phillips”, “Wine and Dine on 9” and Co-Chair of the Birdie’s, BBQ & U in partnership with the Arnold Palmer Invitational Golf Tournament. She also served at the District Level for Rotary as the Interact/Rotaract Committee Chair, previously the District Conference Chair and an Assistant Governor. She was named Rotarian of the Year for both her Dr. Phillips Rotary Club and for the Rotary District 6980 in 2011/2012.

Sally is a graduate of Leadership Law (Non-Lawyer) with the Orange County Bar Association and Leadership St. Petersburg, Florida. Other leadership positions include Past President of the Suncoast Tiger Bay Club, Past President of the Mid-Day Business and Professional Women’s Club, Past Board President and Member of the Center Against Spouse Abuse (CASA) in St. Petersburg.

Hobbies:

The Kamrada’s love to travel, enjoy cruise vacations and they snow ski every year. They also enjoy live music, theatre productions, riding bicycles, movies and reading.
