Originally from Colombia, South America, but long time Orange County resident, Stella understands and listens to each clients needs and wants, and is there for her clients throughout the house buying or selling process.

Stella’s background is Interior Design and Architectural Drafting and Design.  A Graduate from Rollins College in Winter Park with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and numerous Design and Drafting courses, Stella started her Real Estate career working in the Custom Home field working as part of a sales team at several New Home communities in West Orange county.   Later, Stella continued to work helping Buyers with their relocation to the Central Florida area and assisted in every aspect related to relocation including helping with temporary housing while they found the perfect home.

Today, after over 20 years in business, Stella has built her business by providing personal and professional service to Buyers and Sellers by helping them net the highest possible price  for their homes and by helping buyers find that perfect home for the right price.
