Hello. My name is Bruce Elliott. I was born in Muskegon, Michigan, raised my teenage years in WI and have lived in Central Florida since 1987. I currently reside in Viera, Florida.   In my spare time, I enjoy riding my road racing bike, scuba diving, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

I started investing in real estate in 1996 when I had my first home built. I have personally performed rehabs/improvements of homes in excess of $100,000 per home and have successfully bought and sold many homes as a private investor. I have over 450 hours of specialized training focused on all aspects of real estate, negotiating strategies, short sale procedures and luxury home marketing. Additionally, I have 14 years experience in the finance industry from Capital Raising, Deal Structure, Investment Banking, Securities Trading and Underwriting. All have led me to close deals around the world including Africa, Canada, Central and South America, China, Europe, Fuji, the UK and Vietnam.

In the Central Florida community, I am a leading expert pertaining to Luxury Homes, a frequent speaker for luncheons, investor groups, real estate discussion groups and sit on several local committees including Governmental Affairs, Global Council, and Past President-all with the Orlando Regional Realtor Association (ORRA). I am also a Hall of Fame member of the Realtor PAC.

Furthermore as a Graduate of the ORRA Leadership Institute, FR Leadership Academy, 9 year member of the FR and ORRA Honor Society, a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and hold the following designations: CRS, CIPS, e-Pro, GRI, SFR as well the following certifications: At Home With Diversity- AHWD; Risk Management -RMC, Resort and Second Home Specialist- RSPS, Trans-National Certified-TRC, Preferred Housing Provider-PHP, Gold Key of Professionalism-GKC and REALTOR.
